Coordinate geometry is set to play a massive part in paper 2 of this year’s leaving cert. It wasn’t extremely popular in 2024’s paper, so experts believe it will be back with a bang come June, appearing in both the short and the long questions!
Probability is a topic that has been gearing itself up to play a huge role in paper 1. We haven’t seen a long probability question in quite some time, with it dominating the short q’s in recent history. We believe this year is the year. And we’re going to make sure you’re fully prepped.
6th Year OL will focus on coordinate geometry (the line & the circle) and sequences & series. No stone will be left unturned. We will cover every (and I mean every) possible exam question that they can ask you on these monster topics. If I was a gambling man, I’d put the house on sequences & series playing a major role in this paper 1 this June

Financial maths is a lesser popular topic, but we have strong reason to believe that it will appear as a standalone question this year. We will show you all the possible ways they can examine it, how to recognise the questions, and how to efforltessly achieve full marks!

It’s tough to say. There could be between 10 and 30 people in the session. What’s important to note however, is that the student can only see themselves and the tutor. They can only communicate with the tutor. Any questions they ask are only visible to the tutor! The classes are fully interactive, without the risk of embarrassment or fear of being wrong!
The crash course takes place April 22nd and 23rd from 9am-12pm both days!
The sessions are delivered live online, in our virtual classroom. The sessions are also recorded, and are available for playback. Students who sign up also gain access to our library of on-demand grinds (30+ hours).
Absolutely! And we strongly encourage it. Asking questions is the foundation of engaged learning. The student’s question will only be visible to themselves and the tutor. There are breakout tutors on hand aswell to lend perosnalised 1-1 help where needed.
We use our constant quizzes and polls to gauge a student’s understanding. When we feel a student isn’t understanding a topic, we will take them to a private breakout. The other students will not know this is happening, so there is no risk of embarrassment.
We ask students to prepare for our crash course the night before. They will be given a list of every exam question they could possibly be asked on the most important topics of the course. They will grade their ability to answers these questions on a scale of 1-100. After the crash course, they will again be asked to grade their ability to answer the questions. We guarantee their ability will have gone up by at least 20% (where a 20% improvement is mathematically possible). If it hasn’t, we will give you all of your money back, + another €100. That’s how confident we are.
