Expanding The Role To The UK
Your role as part of the Dublin Maths Content Team is to help provide us with promotional video content, and static imagery for us to use on our social media platforms, & Meta Advertising Campaigns as we expand into the UK online maths tutoring market.
Things To Know:
1. You will act as a self-employed contractor, you will declare and file your own tax returns.
2. This is a 0-Hour contract. You will be paid on a job rate basis. (per video/image)
3. If revisions in your work are needed, they must be resubmitted within 24hrs.
We will always provide you with adequate scripts and instructions!
You DO NOT need to edit your own videos we will handle all of that.
FAQ's
As a self employed contractor you will need to declare your earnings and reflect them when submitting your tax returns to the HMRC.
Dublin Maths will not be liable for filing your tax returns for you.
As you are on a 0-hour contract we will pay you not by the hour but by the job.
The job rates are as follows:
30-60s video – £13
Static Image – £9
We may ask you for up to 10 pieces of content per week. These may be a combination of videos and static images.
We will pay you on Fridays for the previous week (you will be on a 1wk back week).
We will use your content on our social media platforms that include but are not limited to:
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
And also as adverts in our Meta & Google AD Campaigns.
You will make content targeted towards parents with teenage children.
Your content will include helpful and informative tips for parents to implement at home if their son/daughter is currently struggling academically.
We will provide you with the scripts, and knowledge that you will need to create these helpful and informative 60s videos clips.
Good Lighting, Clear Audio, a decent camera (most iPhone cameras will be perfect for the job), and a quiet space to film.
We will do all the editing on our end so it’s totally fine if your video runs long or isn’t absolutely perfect, we’re going to edit them so that they run smooth.
I will set up a shared google drive specifically for you to upload your raw files and timesheet to.
If revisions are needed in your work, we will contact you and ask that you make the necessary adaptions and resend the footage back to us within 24hours to ensure quick turnaround of high quality content.
