Price?

We offer three payment options for 1-1 grinds:

  • 30 sessions upfront: €1350 (best value long-term)

  • 15 sessions upfront: €740 

  • 4 sessions at a time: €220

Same tutor? Same time?

We know how important consistency is, so we always aim to pair students with the same tutor at the same time each week.

Of course, we understand that things come up (training, parent-teacher meetings, matches). When you need to reschedule, we offer plenty of flexibility to ensure the class still goes ahead.

It's asking me for a GRINDS ID?

Common problem! If the platform is asking you for a ‘GRINDS ID’, it means you are trying to log-in using the wrong credentials. Make sure you’re logging in using the email address you provided us with. It’s the same email address that receives the class reminders!

When do we need to make a decision?

We don’t have a strict deadline for continuing, but please note that we can’t reserve a tutor’s spot without payment. If you’re really happy with the tutor, day, and time, we recommend booking as soon as possible. All slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so securing your spot early is the best way to avoid disappointment.

Cancel? Reschedule?

You can cancel/reschedule your class with >6 hours notice! Our tutors prepare their sessions in accordance with your child, so it is important that we adequately compensate them. In order to protect their time, we need to enforce cancellation policies. Cancellations withoutt adequate reason, with less than 6 hours notice are inelifigble for a second trial class
