We offer a full refund for any classes within 14 days of that specific class date.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a class with a minimum of 6 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
5. Class Recordings
Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and safeguarding purposes.
Recordings are stored securely and deleted once the student ceases to be a client of Dublin Maths.
Recordings are never shared publicly without prior written consent.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to attend classes.
Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected in all sessions. Dublin Maths reserves the right to refuse service if behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
